Now TV UEFA EURO 2024 Event Pass Special Offer for CSL customers (the “Offer”)
  During the promotion period, Selected CSL customers who newly subscribe / upgrade or renew to designated service plans or add-on value added service with designated commitment period and meet the specific monthly fee conditions, can subscribe to the Now TV UEFA EURO 2024 Event Pass (the “Event Pass”) service at discounted price HK$580 (List Price $980). Terms and Conditions
1. This Offer is valid from 12 March 2024 to 15 July 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). 
2. This Offer is only applicable to new and existing csl/ Club Sim/ 1O1O postpaid customers (the “Selected CSL Customers”).
3. To enjoy the Offer, you must (i) subscribe for a designated service plan/ value added service (the “VAS”) and meet the specific monthly fee conditions listed below during the Promotion Period and (ii) commit to a 24-month or 36-month service term (the “Designated Plan(s)”).
  1. New customers who newly subscribe to designated service plan/ value added service (the “VAS”) of HK$58/month or above of csl/ Club Sim/ 1O1O postpaid service; or
  2. Existing customers who upgrade their existing service plan or add-on VAS, which results in at least an HK$40/month increase of relevant service fees; or
  3. Existing customers who renew to designated Service Plan at a monthly service fee no lower than the relevant service fees for their existing service plan. 
4. Selected CSL Customers who have subscribed to the Event Pass (the “Eligible Customers”) can watch the UEFA EURO 2024 live matches and re-runs (the “UEFA 2024 Matches”) from 15 June 2024 to 15 July 2024 via the Now TV services. The UEFA 2024 Matches will be broadcasted on Now TV Channel 618 and/or Channel 619. On the Now TV services, on-demand replays will be available within 24 hours of the live event and will not be available after 14 August 2024. The Event Pass will expire on 14 August 2024. The relevant channels will be effective immediately upon successful subscription. The Offer does not include a Now TV Set-Top Box. Eligible Customers will be able to access Now TV services by using the Now Apps (Now Player and Now TV App) and Now TV Website. Eligible Customers must register or log in Now ID account by your registered csl/ Club Sim/1O1O Postpaid mobile phone number to watch Now TV content.
5. The charges for the Event Pass will be billed through a csl/ Club Sim/ 1O1O postpaid invoice (if applicable). Once subscribed or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Event Pass.
6. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
7. All benefits under the Offer shall be forfeited upon termination or expiry of the Designated Plan(s).
8. The Event Pass is provided by PCCW Media Limited.  CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) is not the provider of the Event Pass. We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the Offer and make no responsibility and liability for any matters in relation to the Event Pass.

11. CSL reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
12. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL will be final and binding.
