Video Conference Service *

Video Conference Call will be ceased starting from 31st Dec, 2013. We apologized for any inconvenience.

In addition to video calls, csl is offering a Video Conference service, enabling a maximum of four 3G users to enjoy face-to-face communications - such as meetings or group chats - on the same call via 3G handsets. Simply follow the instructions to invite csl users in Hong Kong, or those roaming overseas, to participate in your video conference.

Video Conference service is available to csl customers, with no subscription required. Simply dial *951/*952 to use the service.

How to operate the Video Conference service
A. To make a call::
1. Dial *952, then choose "V-call" 2. When connected, the host can see him/herself on the screen and hear the welcome message. 3. Press 1# to invite a participant. 4. Enter the participant's mobile number and press #. When the participant picks up the incoming call, he or she will be shown onscreen in another window.

5. Press 1# to invite the second participant. Enter his/her mobile number and press #. The host can invite up to 3 participants.

Note: Only the host can invite participants.


B. To disconnect a participant:
1. Press 2#, then enter the relevant participant's window number, followed by #. 2. The participant will be disconnected.

Note: Participants can press the hang-up button to terminate a call at any time without affecting the conference session. When the host hangs up the call, the conference session will be terminated. 


C. To mute a participant:
1. Press 3#, then enter the window number of the relevant participant, followed by #. 2. The muted participant will be indicated by "(m)" appearing on the relevant window. To resume normal, press 3# and enter the muted participants' window no, followed by #.

Note: Only the host can mute a participant.

In promotion period, the service fee follows video call charges until further notice.
