1. Any usage of local Voice Call, IDD Voice Call and All Call Forwarding will be calculated on a per minute basis.  Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
2. Extra local airtime charges apply when using IDD service. The IDD charges and coverage are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
3. Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid customers, 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other Hong Kong networks.  International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks.
4. Value-added service:
   • 30-day data pass will be renewed automatically every 30 days (23:59 on 30th day) after subscription. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next 30-day period and will be forfeited at the end of the respective period.
   • The Pass will be automatically renewed every 30 days.
   • Peak speed for data download is 42Mbps and upload is 5.76Mbps. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
5. • After you have reached 10GB of mobile data usage (the monthly fair usage level per calendar month), you can still continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be lowered to 512kbps. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data network specification below 512kbps. You will receive an SMS notification once you have reached 10GB and the fair usage policy is in place. Actual speeds that customers experience are considerably less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.

7. When accessing Voice Mail via a mobile phone, airtime is charged. Roaming charges apply when retrieving voice mails from outside Hong Kong. The Voice Mail package will be renewed automatically every 30 days and related package charge will be deducted from your account.
8. Administration Fee will be imposed once you activate this Prepaid SIM Card. This fee will be waived for the first 30 days after activation, then will be deducted on the subsequent day and thereafter every 30 days.
9. Validity of the Prepaid SIM Card will be extended for 180 days from the date of recharge upon every recharge of HK$50 or above.

Use a Wi-Fi enabled device at more than 15,000 Wi-Fi hotspots all over Hong Kong. Simply plug and use! Hotspot Search: www.cslwifi.com

1. Go to csl Wi-Fi hotspots, and set the Network Name (SSID/ESSID) to "CSL".
2. Launch your internet browser.
3. Type any valid URL into the address field and you will be redirected to the csl Wi-Fi login page automatically.
4. Login to the service:
    i)  Choose "Prepaid SIM Cards".
    ii) Enter your mobile number and PIN to login to the service. (Forgot password, press *111# to reset)
5. After login, a new offline window will be pop-up to let you terminate the connection. Do not close the offline window. To terminate your csl Wi-Fi session, simply click the "Disconnect" button.
6. If you have accidentally closed the Disconnect pop-up window, please go to hotspot.cslwifi.com and click "Disconnect" to logout.
