Roaming Data Using Tips

Customer can subscribe the Top-up APAC Roaming Data Pass after used up roaming data entitlement.
Please ensure prepaid account has sufficient balance to subscribe Data Pass. Refer to Recharge Method for recharge detail.
Notice: Top-up APAC Roaming Data Pass subscription only be accepted after used up entitled roaming data or 8-day pass expired.

Check account balance and validity

1. Press [## 121 # ] (SEND)
2. Login to 「My Account」(prepaid.hkcsl.com), input prepaid SIM mobile number & password for balance inquiry.

Internet access setting

This card contained mobile data usage, simply plug and use! No subscription is needed. If you cannot access the Internet via our mobile network, please check your Internet access setting on your mobile phone, selecting "mobile" as Access Point Name (APN) and leaving the proxy server address and proxy server port blank.

Terms and conditions

All entitlement of this card will start deducting since card activation. Eight-day Roaming Mobile Data service will be valid for eight days. The cut-off time is 23:59 (HK time) on the eighth day, regardless of activation time at the roaming destinations. Any unused mobile data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend tariffs and related charges.
Top-Up APAC Roaming Mobile Data Pass will be valid for 1 day, the cut-off time of daily usage is 23:59 HK Time of the subscription day regardless of the activation time of roaming destination. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time.
APAC Roaming Mobile Data Service of this Prepaid SIM Card can be used in designated destinations, including China, Taiwan, Macau, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand, via selected roaming operators only. The selected destination and operators will be updated from time to time, please check the details:
