1. This promotion is organised by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) and M Plus Museum Limited (“M+"”).
2. In order to be eligible for this promotion, entrants must be aged 18 or older, participate while in Hong Kong and have successfully downloaded and registered the “csl. 5G Lens” app using a valid Hong Kong registered mobile phone number (“Participants”).
3. By participating in this promotion, Participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. The promotion period runs from 12 January 2023 to 9 February 2023, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
5. During the Promotion Period, Participants can take part in the “csl. 5G Lens x M+ Capture the AR pumpkin” lucky draw by using the “csl. 5G Lens” app. Participants will be in the running to win a prize after clicking the “Complete” button on the screen in the “csl. 5G Lens” app to locate the pumpkin icon while at designated locations. At each designated location, Participants will receive one eVoucher bearing a lucky draw number, which will be saved in the user’s “My wallet” in the “csl. 5G Lens” app. There are five designated locations in total. Each “csl.5G Lens” account is entitled to a maximum of five lucky draw chances (upon successful capture at all five designated locations), and to win one prize only.

6. The lucky draw will take place on 16 February 2023 and results showing the winners’ lucky draw numbers will be announced on the CSL website on 16 February 2023. Results will also be published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 22 February 2023. Winners will also be notified by SMS via the mobile phone numbers according to the “csl. 5G Lens” records. Each winner will receive an eVoucher for a prize (“Prize Voucher”), which can be found in the winner’s “My wallet” in the “csl. 5G Lens” app within three working days from the draw date.
7. Prize must be collected by winners in person at designated CSL outlets during the redemption period from 21 February 2023 to 5 March 2023 (both days inclusive) by showing the valid Prize Voucher for verification, or they will be forfeited. Photocopies of Prize Voucher will not be accepted. Collection of prizes is subject to terms and conditions, which can be found on the Prize Voucher concerned.

8. Participants must ensure that information they submit via the “csl. 5G Lens” app is complete and accurate. Any errors or omissions in the information submitted will have the effect of disqualifying the Participant from this promotion or any of the prizes. Neither CSL nor M+ shall be obliged to replace or compensate for loss of prize.
9. CSL shall rely on information collected by its servers. CSL and M+ shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, error, or illegibility of any information submitted by Participants as a result of technical issues involving computers, communication tools, networks, nor any other problems beyond the reasonable control of CSL/M+.
10. All prizes, including the “Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now” exhibition tickets, Yayoi Kusama insulated bottle, Yayoi Kusama knitted socks, Yayoi Kusama chocolates, “Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now” Exhibition Publications and M+ 1st anniversary special tote, are provided by M+. CSL is not the provider of the prizes and accepts no responsibility nor liability arising out of, or in connection with, any goods or services provided by M+. 12. 12. Prizes are not transferable, refundable, nor redeemable for cash or other products/services and cannot be exchanged or returned. Additional terms and conditions may apply to collection and use of prizes. M+ reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or equivalent value, if the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of M+.
13. If CSL or M+ suspects that a Participant has (i) carried out any activity that is, or is related to,  any abnormal/suspicious activity, (ii) used improper methods, has been fraudulent or has interrupted or interfered with any part of this promotion, causing technical problems, (iii) been unfair, dishonest, provided false or incorrect information, (iv) intruded into and/or modified systems in relation to the promotion in any way, or (v) violated any of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations, CSL or M+ may disqualify the Participant at their absolute discretion without notice and without any responsibility to any person, and while reserving the right to seek compensation from the Participant concerned.
14. Employees of CSL, M+ and each of their advertising agencies are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
15. CSL and M+ reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and terminate this promotion at their discretion at any time without prior notice, and CSL and M+ accept no liability for any such change, withdrawal and termination.
16. Personal data will be collected, used and retained by CSL solely in accordance with its policies. M+ accepts no liability in whatsoever nature arising directly or indirectly from such collection, use and retention.

18. In case of any dispute, CSL and/or M+ reserve the right of final determination.
19. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
20. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
